His reign is a big reason why the WWE is in decline, with each week bringing historically low ratings.
His whole reign was so forgettable, to top that off, he's.easily the weakest member of The Shield.
It's no surprise despite being booked as a top star, he was never able to break through to megastar level.
Dude is the definition of average and lacks crucial qualities that would make him a megastar.

It's no surprise that Roman in his midcard feud is still overshadowing him.
Dude has zero charisma and lacks presence to be a star, it feels like everything he does is forgettable.
There's very little separating him from guys working bingo halls in the indys. In reality, he's nothing more than a poor mans Kenny Omega (without the charisma) who has been booked to something more because HHH see's something in.
The moment Kenny joins the WWE, he will be done. His marks over rate the hell out of him, he's nowhere near the best workers in the company let alone the world, nor is he anywhere close to being the best mic workers.
