----I was going to make a point about how the old guard of Bangas must be getting on but I looked up their ages and was surpised to find Rahim, Tamim and Shakib are still a tick under 30 and Mahmuddullah is only 30 himself so like they'l be around a while yet lol, feels like they've been playing forever already

Maybe. They're definitely ODI/T20 specialists atm, but so was Nasir Hossain for a while and now he's playing Tests.

BD actually have a wealth of nice young talent atm. They need more FC cricket and need to get over this psychological barrier that sees them lose crucial moments in big games.
