Every time India get a decision go against them it's a good thing for cricket. Maybe it will actually get them to stop being so stupid about DRS.

But they have Jadeja they'll be ahead on averages when playing on subconttinet or slow pitches (except perhaps against SL / Herath) so it's not stupid of them to not want DRS, it's sensible.

Hate to say it but Rod Tucker seems to be playing some sort of numbers game in his own head. There's no logic to his decision making. The more plumb it is, the less likely he is to give it, but if it's just possibly clipping, he gives it every time.

Well Santner's 2nd one, that got the wicket, was dubious as to whether it was out and the umpire was making up for the previous ball's howler. Imagine if Jadeja was as good as Santner to beat the batsmen twice in a row with similar deliveries he might've gotten a wicket next ball as an apology

Bhuvi looks marginally quicker compared to his speeds 3 years ago.

Yea he's been cranking it up to 140s in ODI and T20s in the last few years. He's was more erratic while doing this, but I've maintained it's a good thing. If he can learn to be accurate at this speed, then combined with his natural swing he would be a really potent threat.

Quite surprised they picked Yadav over him in the first test TBH. Sounds like he bowled brilliantly today.

I don't really agree about the top order being outclassed but I think the spinners were in the first Test.

Sodhi definitely was, and Guptill is obviously a liability. But Craig seemed to be in the contest, at least from what I read (didn't watch a ball).

Dunno, I think there've definitely been series in which we've been outclassed. I don't see this as one of them, though.

One annoying thing is how the rain delays in both Tests have prevented us from having the chance to cash in on their four man attack possibly getting fatigued.
