Actually looked really good before getting sawn off. Probably the best innings by an Australian in India since Hayden retired. Not really following this but Ronchi's playing as a batsman is he?
What is the chance of rain. Would Kohli delay the declaration if Rohit/Rayane look set for centuries? I'd try to not take wickets
Was about to like before reading the 2nd sentence. The first sentence stands on it's own.Too often Craig's good when the tone of the game is cruisy and he can mentally freewheel it. Sadly following the pattern of many, many other Auckland red ball players.

If he does that while Craig and Santa continue their good work then fair play to him imo. Doesn't look easy to bat out there.Gotta step on the gas now, look to hit 350-375 halfway through the session and give us 4.5 sessions to bowl them out.
Can totally see Nohit cruising to an effortless 50 not to retain his spot. WAC.
Bleh, let's be honest, these are zero pressure runs now.If he does that while Craig and Santa continue their good work then fair play to him imo. Doesn't look easy to bat out there.
better than craig'sWhat's all the fuss been about?
KW's action looks ok to me
They're still runs in difficult conditions against good bowling*, lets not pretend we won't be jerking it to Rahane if he goes big here.Bleh, let's be honest, these are zero pressure runs now.
Sure I would but you're missing the point. I don't think getting runs here merits a retention in the squad ahead of a fifth bowler if they look at that strategy in the next test. I'm not saying runs here are totally unimpressive, just completely useless and irrelevant to the match. They're still runs in difficult conditions against good bowling*, lets not pretend we won't be jerking it to Rahane if he goes big here.
*as long as KW stops bowling trash
