Looks like "Still don't know what he is doing" in previous draft has lead to a proper strategy this time.

Top quality batting unit that. Interesting to see how your bowling unit shapes up.

Poor. Most all the best bowlers have gone... why I kept going for batsmen!

ugh you've got to be joking, kapil was my pick for this round and i had worrell lined up for the next... was planning on having him and kapil both but i'll have to settle for just one ATG allrounder in Ian Botham, 5200

Is there a reduced time-limit for frequent or consecutive time-outs? Perhaps a two hour reduction for each time. Just slows things for everyone.

I thought if you miss one and aren't online for the next rounds pick you don't get another 10/12 hours? It's just you're skipped automatically that round and it goes back to 10/12 hours when you return.

IMO......

Everyone starts off with 12 hours to pick. After each consecutive time-out a total of 4 hours is automatically deducted.

After the third consecutive time-out the time period will be zero and therefore the participant is out of the game permanently. The main reason is fairness. It is unfair to the people picking immediately after the third consecutiive time-out to have 3-4 players made unavailable to them in one hit.

4 hours can be re-gained by merely picking within the alloted time frame of either 8 or 4 hours as the case may be. The maximum limit is always 12 hours.

Obviously the draft manager can wave the rules anytime if someones internet is down, or the person picking on their behalf forgot to do so etc.

(If you think that 4 hours is too short then don't do 2 consecutive time-outs, or give your player to someone who can pick on your behalf)
