RAW felt so fresh today. Loved the debuts and am genuinely intrigued by which direction they are taking Roman. Glad I tuned in.

I got 66. Somehow forgot Daniel Bryan, then forgot Ted DiBiase, Kurt Angle and Paul Orndoff. Pretty happy with that.

Those boos for Reigns were hilarious. I don't think I've ever heard that kind of reaction for a legit heel, let alone someone who's positioned as a face. Not even Cena gets reactions like that. The fact that he's been pitted against AJ surely means he is turning though. Even the WWE writers can't be so stupid that they think that anything else good can come from having him face off with the most over guy on the whole roster.

The boos reminded me of what Hassan used to get. Nuclear ****. Really intrigued on how they're gonna work this. As I said earlier, the sadist in me is loving this.

Haha, I was desperate for him to come out both when Reigns threw down the gauntlet and when Zayn's replacement was announced. It would have been epic lulz.

Haha, that reminds me, haven't yet mentioned her appearance on RAW last week. Introduced as the triumphant hero coming to save the face women, only to be booed out of the building vociferously. Beautiful.

Not a good idea to have AJ fight for the championship so soon, at all. The roster is so bare now for the top card, they don't have many wrestlers for the main event though, do they.

Nah the swerve has already started. AJ is just going to be the first babyface in line. Roman will run through every internet darling on the roster and eventually the only man who can possibly stop him will be super cena.

Why not? He's the hottest act in the company. It'll only be bad if they try to position Reigns as the super face, but as above, it seems unlikely that'll happen (hopefully not anyway).

They probably won't give the championship to him and bury him like RVD, Goldberg and the like when guys like Seth come back. Just the skeptic in me I guess.

Yeah RVD was always treated pretty well, he consistently was his own worst enemy.

Goldberg was treated awesomely, he only lost 4 matches in his time in the WWE. Elimination Chamber, Handicap match against all 3 of Evolution, Triple Threat NO DQ vs. HHH and Kane and a Royal Rumble.

Buried.

AJ maybe the hottest thing as per the internet peeps but his matches haven't been impressive so far because of poor booking or whatever. I don't doubt that he is terrific wrestler. I have watched a fair few of his matches from TNA over the years. However, learning the WWE way takes time. If he gets the spotlight now v Reigns (whom I definitely consider a poor worker), it can make AJ look bad. So far he has got Y2J who hasn't been at his best and now Reigns. Maybe I am just a skeptic, but I don't like it.

The matches v Y2J so far have been okay. Not terrific or any thing. One more thing I have noticed is that AJ hardly looks in the screen when he talks. The audience are not connecting with him as much as the internet as far as I am concerned.

AJ's matches have been really good. Maybe not 5 stars, but easily better than average.

Also, nobody in WWE looks at the camera when they talk. They are specifically directed to not do this (which is stupid, but it's nonsense to single AJ out for it).

Edit: And in any case, this assertion that the audience are not connecting with him is nonsense. They just built an entire story line out of the fact that audience are going mad for him.
