He's so dependent on how well a system suits him because his strengths and weaknesses are so unusual. He's hopeless at some really simple stuff like 10 yard passes along the ground. But he works his fat arse off and was the key man in the only effective system LVG ever found. I think a lot of the hate he gets comes from refusing to hide when he's having a bad game.

Could be completely wrong but I'd say Mourinho would make good use of him.
