Why the **** do they book people for taking off their shirts. FFS, it annoys me so much.

Mignolet's save there kind of reminded me of Dudek against Shevchenko in Istanbul.

Mignolet, half dumb ****, half amazing.

City should have won this, should have had a penalty and Sterling can't finish. But it's been a good final. Gonna be a tough work day tomorrow with a few hours sleep.

If Sterling was a Pakistan cricketer he'd be getting done for match fixing.

Fair play Liverpool did as well on that transfer as they did conning Chelsea with Torres.

Mignolet yet again.. you just know he'll be unstoppable if it goes to penalties today. Looks like his day.

Speaking as a neutral who doesn't support a Prem side our authorities could do more to help our own sides. City have looked knackered in extra time. Surely they should see that scheduling a cup final a few days after a european set of fixtures isn't a good idea. To make it worse we have a full programme of Prem games in midweek. That not fair on the clubs in europe, we should want them to do well not harm their chances.

Impacts on England in the tournaments too. There I said it.

Congrats City. Feel sorry for Migs in a way, went the right way for every penalty but City's players, except for the 1st one, put them all right in the corner.

He has been shocking and not had a good season. Not a £50m player kind of season certainly.

It was a joke about the match fixing but you are probably still upset about Arsenal choking another title away so have no sense of humour tonight.
Half a season is probably the worst time to judge a transfer. He's 21 and has been one of their best players in Europe. Comparing what Liverpool got for him to what they did for Torres, even if deliberately hyperbolic, is ridiculous.

Also, given they bought Benteke for only about £5m less than they got for Sterling (remember QPR got about a quarter of the fee) who Klopp seems to have already given up on, I don't think Liverpool will be feeling particularly smug about it yet.

Yeah Sterling's had a fairly decent season anyway, but either way it's really stupid to judge him now because he wasn't bought for the short term.

I don't get why so many people are so desperate for him to fail. Probably just that the Sun-reading mouth-breathers that would normally be the biggest cheerleaders for a 21-year-old Englishman with incredible potential don't like him because he's black.

My reasons for wanting Sterling to fail have nothing to do with the colour of his skin. It's the state of his ****ing sideburns.
