OK, Matt Sinclair scored 214 against Courtney Walsh and co, he must be the greatest batsmen ever. because he spent the better part of his first two seasons averaging high fifties too.

After winning 3 world cups, a couple of champions trophy's and sitting at number one for countless years it soon become apparent that Ponting had a flaw in his technique and he would one day be found out.

Really though, does it even matter if Smith goes through a complete drop in form in a few years' time? Because in the meantime he's going to make a squillion runs and win test matches for Australia.

I'm so disappointed with how we've played against Aus home and away, with all the talk beforehand, I thought these series would be competitive.

We've been completely outclassed, which is disheartening, I don't know what to think of our players. Are they good enough to perform against the best? I'm starting to doubt it.

KW seems to have been worked out too, what's worse is he hasn't been able to counter it, they've completely shut him down. It'll only be worse for him in the LOI's where he;'ll be tied down before being forced into a loose shot. The Pakistani's did it really well at Eden Park in the First T20I, he couldn't get anything way and was striking at less than 100 after 30-40 balls in the chase of 170.

I love how the Australians have to attach "these are all time greats" to their current lot.

Voges and Khawaja have both out performed Smith all summer long, but to point out that they're better players than Smithers is blasphemy.

Eh, he did make 97. A very, very hard fought 97 with a lot of close shaves, but sometimes good bowling restricts you to that.

Yes everything is terrible, I get it. Williamson scored 97 last innings but has been 'completely shut down'. Poor guy he has no idea.
