Imported pitch clays with a good grass coverage at that academy ground gave us a leg up there.

Genuine pace bowlers tend to struggle in England, because in County cricket it can be a bit of a detriment when pitching the ball up in good areas is largely all you need to do. Hope he keeps developing and stays fit.

Crane has a nice googly up in his sleeve. England's bowling attack stands out from the rest for me. Curran, Mahmood, Crane, Garton, BTaylor

they won't find it so funny when he's annihilating them in IPL matches

i know im biased because he's from the provincial team i support but he can hit and anyone who can smoke australia under 19s (always a good team) gets a pass from me.

These England under-19 lads are overrated. Couldn't get their team to the semi-finals. Didn't England lose that warm-up game to Bangladesh? they look good because they have been playing Fiji, Zimbabwe and Namibia – who are weak sides.

They also smashed Windies who are in the semi finals. They batted poorly in quarters and lost, doesn't make them bad players.

which is weird considering how ATG Bangladesh are at every level and every format, so you'd expect them to.

Pretty sure that all of your comments are based on looking at scorecards only

A longer look at him for you, if you've got the time. Early in part 2 his grip is spotted as clearly inspired by Kane Williamson, even if his agribusiness haymakers aren't.

Bangladeshi batsmen unable to handle good pace bowling, completely unsurprising from that team of hacks really.

Windies change of tactics seemed to have really worked well for them. Were quite timid in the group stages. But it seems like they got to the qfs and said '**** it we're not good enough to knock the spinners around, lets just whack the ball instead and if we get out so be it'.

Windies need to start attacking again and keep going at the target like they did against Pakistan. Sure they might get all out and then get criticism for playing a load of shots when only need 3 or 4 rpo - but if they try and nudge it around they'll probably lose anyway.
