He seems like a nice guy does Wright, but man it really hurts the cred of the Bash when this hack shows up year and bosses the hell out of it and that is from someone who loves domestic t20.
Thankfully the door seems shut on an international recall, even though you always get an uninformed cricinfo article now and then demand his recall, heck we had a column a few years ago demanding he be considered foe test selection.

I wouldn't mind him in the world T20 squad (so long as he doesn't bat down the order and bowl, as we used to have him in some terrible ODI sides). I dunno, he didn't do much in the IPL, he hasn't been picked up for a while now and even last time in India he was rarely played. Maybe he has improved immensely since then, but doubtful tbh.

Normally wouldn't matter at all but cricinfo and Sky have Cook on different scores. Might be interesting later if he gets close to the 10000 today.
