May be only 50 people in the crowd, but the Saffer cameraman can pick out the pretty girl there... #saveng
This is a very good thing.:D

Probably won't be full today and tomorrow, but the stadium is almost sold out for Saturday, and Sunday too probably.
Not ideal, but to be fair not to bad either when you consider people back at work etc.

Will South Africa get on the day night test bandwagon?

Does Broad always come this wide around the wicket when bowling to left handers?
I like his approach around the wicket. A lot of bowlers don't really change their run ups and it effects their alignment and means they have to bowl across their body.

I think they would be keen - depends on the time of the year with the dew factor etc.

I have a recollection of Haroon Lorgat saying SA would be keen to try it but I'm not sure if I'm dreaming or if he did say that.

Morris and Hardus ahead of Abbott is amazing really, when you think about it.

Jimmy looking good. Finn too short till now.

Not able to watch so any comments on the bowling. Have they been too short or have the openers just played well?

There hasn't been too much in the pitch tbh. Jimmy the only one getting movement, and he has been played well. A little short from Finn.

England... would this not have been the right conditions for Footit? a Lefty on this track to me would be a good bet

Viljoen deserves a shot, and I guess Morris's batting gives him the edge. But Abbott hasn't done anything to deserve getting dropped.

Bounce so far has not been as advertised. This looks a pretty flat pitch.
Hmm, disagree with this. There's been some that have really reared up.

The main problem this morning has been that they haven't had to play at much. Anderson, while definitely getting some movement isis swinging it away from the left handers together with the angle.
