Debuts & Retirements draft

honestbharani

Whatever it takes!!!
I am gonna pick now as I don't think Coronis' pick will affect me or mine will affect him.

Charles Kelleway as my allrounder (1910-1928)

Please be careful with your picks lads. If you are in a position that HB & harsh (& Mr earlier in the draft) were in where it isn't your turn but you believe your selection won't clash with the others I don't mind you picking early to keep the draft moving, just please be 100% sure that this is indeed the case & there is no clash whatsoever.

I realize that this is the kind of draft where people don't necessarily have to adhere to the selection order.

But yeah, if we could stick to the actual selection order to a reasonable extent that'd be great.

Are we doing 11 or 12 Rounds?

(Mainly because I've just found out that Red Hill has bottled me into 1912 with not many escape routes  :p)

Now we're at this point I'd like 12 rounds too but I think it was decided as 11 rounds from the outset. I don't think rules should be changed at this stage. That's my vote anyhow

Just 11 rounds I'm afraid Watson. Red Hill's position in 1912 wasn't great to begin with, & then, to my surprise, a few more players migrated to 1912 who will all pick before you unfortunately. Not many escape routes I know. Hopefully you can make up for it in later rounds.

well that's good i'd never heard of him lol.

The obvious choice is not worth it for me here, I'm eyeing off 3 ATG players who I would have skipped over if I went with that player we're all thinking about. his career went too long for someone who has already chosen Wilf Rhodes and George Headley. If I picked him i'd have to fit 7 players in with 40 years left to choose from. It'd be stupid really.
