if there is a no ball bowled to a batsman on his first delivery and he scores, what then is his strike rate?
Mathematically it would be infinity I believe; in cricket practice I thnk it would be represented as if he had faced one delivery.if there is a no ball bowled to a batsman on his first delivery and he scores, what then is his strike rate?
i've been looking for that 80 innings list forever. i remember someone did something to that before but i could never track it down/r/cricket is usually pretty ordinary but I liked this guy's analysis of the best moving averages. Very thorough

A no ball counts as a ball faced.if there is a no ball bowled to a batsman on his first delivery and he scores, what then is his strike rate?
don't say that too loudly in front of any mathmaticians. Dividing by zero is undefined, not infinity.Mathematically it would be infinity I believe; in cricket practice I thnk it would be represented as if he had faced one delivery.
It tells you the current local time in the Summary tab.. but it doesn't tell you session start times in that tab.I wish Cricinfo would add a timer on your match centre saying xx:xx hours to start of play. Instead they have the timings of the match in a tiny corner and I have to look up South Africa's timezone on Google.
Can't find it. Do you mean under the 'Live' tab on the top right of the homepage? Mine is currently showing no matches there for some reason. It does tell in how much time matches are starting below each upcoming game in the top right corner.
Only if a leather jacket isn't involved.Current Eng-SA match got me thinking. Double declarations have happened in cricket. Let's say after four tests and four days of the final test, series is tied 1-1. Would it be okay if the teams mutually decide to bat half the available overs each on the final day as they both want to win the series?
Does Singapore really need Daemon?Yeah under the live tab. Try changing your location country (on the website, not in reality).
The green at the top was common to all three teams, and so Pakistan had to wear a different colour at the bottom to maintain the two-colour scheme. When did countries other than Australia start wearing coloured clothing?
Just saw this and forgot Pakistan wore blue that year
