the fact that cutting's been out of form with the bat is huge because it means they don't have a proper finisher with the bat either

My only criticism of the Thunder is that they aren't really helping Australian Cricket too much. Sandhu is the only guy under 32 years old who plays State Cricket.

They did a great service for Australian grade cricket for a few years to be fair.

Yeah all good points apart from Spikey, I mean in the end of the day the brand of Cricket that they've produced has been enjoyable and far better compared to previous years.

Hopefully star recruit Simmons can do something today.

Interesting this is going on the same day as Michael Clarke was copping a bit of a grilling from Mark Nicholas about how umpires are too conservative with going off the ground because of light or rain.
