Pitches with inconsistent bounce on day 2 are terrible for Test cricket #waaaah
Just to make it clear, I don't go around looking for sarcastic posts about pitches to like because I hold a grudge, I just happened to skip to the last page of the thread and noticed this on top and it made me chuckle.

I'm over it, really.

SA probably shaded that session but really encouraging from England. Good chance of getting a lead going tomorrow.

And of course this pitch is the same as the pitches in India.. more players have made 50s already in this test match than both those tests combined.

Find it weird South Africa are still favourites according to bookies. England ahead at this point.

Yeah, SA have to bat last with that brittle-looking lineup. Fantastic game in the making this one.

Even at worst from and England perspective IMO. 2 wickets including the opposition's best player and run rate under control.

Elgar has played well and ab look good but got a good one from broad. Amla is obviously in terrible form and needs to find it soon. But less said about faf and van zyl the better. Terrible shots. Meanwhile QDK smashed a 100 for the titans while they were in terrible trouble vs the cobras, can't be long before they can't ignore him anymore.

I would say advantage is 60-40 to england right now. Unless proves me wrong we are in trouble here.

First session tomorrow is extremely important for SA. If they don't lose a wicket, they will have the upper hand. If they lose 2 or more wickets, England will have a good chance to win the match. If they lose 1 wicket, the game will stay in balance imo.

I imagine if England managed to get Elgar sharpish tomorrow morning they'll run through them, with Dumminy being so out of form, and SA not really having a great deal past that.

Brilliant test match this. Broad exceptional. England just a nose ahead but like good rest matches one good session either way can turn it.

Reckon he'll get a bag after we need him to get the second new ball to finish this innings off.
