Latham's placement letting him down again here. Sent quite a few juicy half volleys straight to cover already.

Another golf conversation. Skyliner biting down harder on those lemons AWS.
I see you liked this, Bahnz.

It's not often the Overton window gets two mentions on CW in three days, but I'm sure Skyliner's posts are moving it to a position where Darlingface's level of curmudgeonliness seems acceptable.

Wonder why Pews lent Kippax his CW password...

Agree that this pitch is rubbish though. The kind of surface that should get a citing from the match ref. Uni Oval just gets lower and slower the longer you play on it, really struggle to see us winning this.
really?

Not a great forecast tomorrow and unless rollers like that start happening more often than once in a blue moon then I think this is going to be a real struggle. Even if we get 4 and a half sessions at them it'll be very tight. This pitch is just so easy to bat on.

Nervous for Latham here. SteveNZ probably has his serve already typed, just waiting for him to fail to ton up again.

he's stuck in. an hour ago when he was hammering them to fielders i thought it wouldn't be long but he's still there.

KW is so good its worth staying awake to 4am to watch ham bat, in 50 years time people will be saying he was the best since Bradman.

Got $50 on the Draw at 4.5, so if this pitch does flatten out to the point where no result is possible I will owe Bahnz a beer.

When KW plays that ultra-late cut so late that it goes straight through fourth slip to the fence, it makes me think he's approaching the ABDV zone of regularly doing some things that no other batsman can do.
