Just woke up. I'm assuming it's been discussed at length but looking at the scoreboard that seems a strange declaration.

Why not let Voges play on to 300? They were scoring quick enough that batting another session or so wouldn't have made a difference to the result of the game, and Mitch Marsh really needs runs, so may have appreciated the chance to bat against this West Indies attack.

Very good effort from these two, was expecting the WIndies to kneel over. Surprising knock from Roach, looked like a genuine batsman.

Will be interested to see how this match goes. I will say now was a pretty easy time to bat.

Australia's climate is weird. Glasgow was almost as warm as Melbourne for parts of the Boxing Day Test in 2010.
