**Official** New Zealand in Australia 2015

I'm over all this Marsh love from the selectors. Neither are test standard. Go back to the good old days where you had to average 50 in FC to get a top 6 batting spot for Australia

What do NZ have to bowl Australia out for to stay in this? For my mind, with Starc out anything under 300 would do nicely.

pretty happy for doug. he's earned the ire of the stylist fans by sacrificing his glory boy aspirations for the team, and he's getting his reward for bowling boring line and length.

Top 5 things about this Test.

1 The opportunity to see the great Peter Siddle take his 200th Test wicket.

2 The use of the night watchman. I really think its a more obvious tactic than usual.

3 The old scoreboard

4 Channel 9' love of the Marsh brothers if they somehow bat together and can string together a double figure partnership

5 Phil Hughes tributes. Number 1 was in order but the rest arent

At the start of the day I was hoping that the deficit wouldn't be too big - now I'd be disappointed if there wasn't a lead.
Long way to go next, in a way Voges/Marsh/Marsh - were always going to have a bad day at some stage. These two at the crease can play and should put up stern resistance. Need a breakthrough.
