**Official** New Zealand in Australia 2015

Stress fracture while he was in England. Could be a coincidence but he's been bowling absolute pus for three innings now.
Yeah someone here said if it wasn't Boult he would not be in contention for the 2nd test last week and I agree. I understand why you gamble on him, but they got the call wrong and this is what management are paid good money to do is to get it right. He is an absolute passenger at the moment,

New Zealand fast bowler Trent Boult has said he is fit and refreshed for the upcoming season after being diagnosed with a stress injury of the back during the tour of England. Having missed the last three ODIs in England in June, Boult was subsequently rested for New Zealand's tour of Africa.

"I can't remember the last time that I had three months off from cricket, it has been nice to get away from the game and get my body right," Boult told the Blackcaps website. "I am chomping at the bit to get back into it. The best part of being home was enjoying some golf and getting out for the occasional fishing day.

Yeah he doesn't look back to his best. No consistency, which could be a result of not quite trusting his back yet.

If there were any doubts about his fitness and they still selected him then it's terrible management. Save him for the return series.

That was an ATG batsman who has a technique perfect to bat against swing batting at his absolute peak, which kind of shows how difficult it is

And he was definitely troubled too. Anderson and Broad beat him countless times outside off stump. He just batted amazingly well to get through it.
Pray aussie doesn't see that.

That was me who said that and since he bowled about two good overs today I think we should have left him in NZ. We already risked Southees back/career today and got 4000000000/2 in return. Both world class bowlers on the line? Desperation.

These things are easy to say in hindsight but I somehow doubt Boult was bowling like a weapon in the lead up to this then miraculously faded. There were quiet worries in the domestic thread when the Wellington tail smacked both blokes around. Surely guys who know more than us took note as well.

Craig McDermott looking for work or do CA have him?

have watched most of this summer so far with tv on mute at work. How have Ch9 been? ****ter than usual? Less ****? Same level of ****?
Now that you mention it, I reckon I've finally learned how to completely tune them out aside from the odd asinine comment such as "that's a win for the bowler" as the balls speeds away from the boundary

Bring back Bond. Your bowling since he left (after the WC?) hasn't been much to write home about IMO.
