Can someone please explain to me why the target has been reduced? As if batting as if you're playing 50 overs then suddenly finding its 36 is not enough.

Surely runs should be added to the target as Sri Lanka get to plan their innings from the start?

If WI were like 7-130 and then found out they need to bat less overs, it would be better for them wouldn't it? So by that logic I guess SL should be compensated.
