(a) It is solely for the umpires together to decide whether either conditions of ground, weather or light or exceptional circumstances mean that it would be dangerous or unreasonable for play to take place.

Feel like it was a terrible decision by the umpires. 2 overs meaning 11-12 mins, take fall of wickets, field setting into account and stretch it to 17-18 mins max, light was fading but did not look like unplayable

If anything, I think Binny is a better bowler. Aamer Yamin bats better than he bowls imo.
