Agreed. Its a strannge one with MS, we all agree he is an atg in odi cricket, but t20I not so much. A strike rate of 116 after 50 matches really isn't that great for someone who's hitting power we all marvel over. I rate this India side and win or lose here, they will go close at the world cup next year, the one concern I have with them where is the lower order destroyer? Who is the Indian Russell, Maxwell?
Since 2010, he's a much-improved batsman in T20Is, and since 2012, even better. He seems more a partnership-builder than the sole striker, and has depended on other blokes to strike. He sometimes backs the wrong bloke (Jadeja), and sometimes is saddled with a pushover (Rayudu), but he can hang around. He'd be better off batting in the top four, maybe even opening, since there's no decent T20I opener among those who've played T20Is.

The Indian Russell or Maxwell will be Axar, Bucky or by a long shot Gurkeerat Mann.

Whatever it takes!!!
Only thing you can be certain of, apart from AB being a genius, is him doing something stupid because at times he s too good for his own good.

Getting a shot wrong isn't doing something stupid, he was beaten in flight by Ashwin, simple as that.
