I'd say 100 Test wickets - leaves it open for some left-field picks. Everyone with 200 or more is pretty good.

Trust me there are some pretty normal bowlers. 200 would be perfect. 100 makes it way too open.

- Batting average <30 with batting average lower than bowling average
- Must either have bowled 1,000 balls in test cricket or taken more than 2 wickets per test
- Pace must be described as medium, medium-fast, fast-medium, or fast
