I don't care if you have Fleetwood-Smith in your team, but on principle if two names pronounced the same such as Clark and Clarke aren't allowed, surely you can't consider Smith and Fleetwood-Smith the same.

Stewart and Stuart are same. Brian and Bryan are same. Mohammad, Mohammed, Muhammad are same. Smith and Smit are same. Its all about how 'they' pronounced back then.
