Always feels awkward to me. Say one day a decent but not ATG player decides to retire. Anyone saw this? Hope he got one but I doubt it. The english players probably didn't do it because giving the guard of honour to Rogers automatically means you give it to Warner too. So I wouldn't blame them for not doing it.
