Wouldn't be an ODI cycle without losing lots of games to teams no one rates in the middle of the night away from home.

out of sight out of mind.

im not writing us off yet by any stretch but the last game felt fitting.

how good is it btw that a lower ranked nation that has lost Brendan Taylor and Kyle Jarvis can still win games?

Either that or how bad does it suggest our bowling unit is minus our first choice WC attack?

So Guptill needs 7 runs or something for 1000 ODI runs this year. Ross and Kane already reached it. Don't think that's happened (3 NZers reaching 1000) before in the history of NZ ODI cricket? Kane also broke Twose's most runs in a year record last match too.

Straightened enough. Nice Sodhi. Would be nice to have an attacking, wicket taking spinner in our attack rather than one or two containing ones (without wanting to underrate Vettori).

Answering my own question; Twose was the only time it had ever happened
