Aw I realised I totally forgot Angle vs Benoit RR 2003, Any of the Bryan matches vs Kenta and McGuinness, the Punk vs Joe matches, Wargames 92. It's just too much to definitively rank.

Didn't consider any of the rumble matches though as I consider them in a completely different category, or 1992 would be in there.

Man I don't have time to think of my top ten but reckon there would be three Shawn V Taker matches in there. WM25 & 26 + the first HIAC match

Rock V Austin at Mania 17, and TLC from same show worthy of consideration

Cena v Punk MITB 11

Maybe some Flair Steamboat. Bret Austin survivor series 96 and wm13. The 92 rumble

Jericho HHH @ Fully Loaded 2000

Michaels Angle maybe

Stream of consciousness really. Would need to think in detail.
Great call. Love that match.

HHH had some incredible matches in 2000, the one vs Y2J, vs Rock Judgement Day, and especially the 3 stages of Hell vs Austin.

Also, as much as I love the Michaels-Angle match, I like Angle vs Benoit more. They're both very very similar matches if you watch them both one after the other and I always found it ridiculous that it took like 3-4 minutes for HBK to tap to the Ankle lock. I get what they were trying to do, but they went a little overboard imo.

I don't know why I do this but...Austin HHH was 2001. Spot on though he was in scintillating form

WarGames 92 also worthy of inclusion in my list

random TV show match - benoit vs. angle steel cage match.

headbutt off the cage.

moonsault off the cage.

:-O

in hindsight those stunts are hard to cop considering Benoit's brain injuries and Angle trying hard to kill himself, but at the time, woweee

Why is Rollins tapping out to Cena on TV? Way to make your champ look good, eh WWE? I bet gimh will still pretend Rollins has been booked fine.

Not seen Raw so no idea as to context. But up until now, Rollins certainly has been booked fine. He's the champ.

Read the Raw review as likely won't get chance to watch this week, is your problem Seth losing, or that he tapped?

i can sympathise a little more with the latter, a clean Cena pinfall win would surely have worked fine. Unless there is a way they plan to play off it going into Summerslam,

Oh, definitely tapping. Seth losing is allright at this point, he's lost so much already anyway. I would have preferred him not lose at all as that helps no one.

But, as I said, I can live with him losing. Even to ****ing Cena. But tapping? Nah. No way.

Rollins losing here probably increases his chances of winning at Summerslam tbh, so if that turns out to be what happens I don't mind.

Edit: On that note though, it was a pretty decent match, so I'm not sure why they had it on TV.

Yeah but why should he lose at all? If you want to show Cena having the upper hand, fine... do what a cowardly heel should do. Try to screw Cena in some way. Run away. Do something. Tapping out on TV. fmd.

Yeah but it's John Cena innit. Any feud involving him must involve him winning convincingly at some point. It's the default position, in fact it's basically the law. If Rollins tapping out now means he wins the feud, I'll take that.

Also I really quite like the idea of a Neville vs Stardust feud. Could be really decent if it's given enough airtime imo.

Oh, and "Dog Ziggler"

but if they're just gonna continue on with the chicken **** heel thing, rollins should drop the title at summerslam.

get him out of the authority. have the HHH match. tease a shield reunion. but have him actually team up owens and book them strong-ish up until the shield triple threat for the championship at WM. something like that.
