As with those who got first pick in your rotating order in the mix nations draft ... In fact that system is actually more unfair, because the luck was all in the first selected order and by the time those of us lower in the order get first pick, most of the top players will be gone.

This reversing the order and randomising each alternate round is still the fairest system, even if it doesn't always work out perfectly fair.
