I think Taijul's got more batting in him than he's shown too; he spent half a season in the BCL batting six when he first came onto the scene.

The theoretical Al-Amin, Jubair, Mustafizur, Taskin tail we spoke of before would be truly terrible but this tail isn't that bad.

Need to get away from that mentality. Make the batsmen take more accountability. 4 bowlers helped us bowl SA out cheaply. This is a good strategy.

Almost got the lead, would be wonderful if BD could add another 150 runs from here.

*****, No you are currently playing with 5.25 bowlers with Shakib and Mahmudullah in the side. I think that it is a little too much. 4.5 should be good enough with Sarkar and Mahmudullah making up that 0.5. Either that or as others have said, the bowlers should bat well.

Successful teams have always had a deep batting line-up.

Mullah is under used but he does not bowl much even at the nets these days. A bit risky if he's considered now to share a bit of bowling duties. Ideally I would love to see the inclusion of a third seamer into the team in place of one of the frontline spinners. Three frontline pacers, One genuine spinner alongside Shakib and Liton as wicket keeper at 7. Shahid at 8 should be able to jam few runs.

Rubel's good but Mustafizur clearly the right call. Rubel will be picked if BD choose to go with 3 quicks I guess.

partly because i think rubel has been tried and tested number of times and he did not live up to the expectations at all. it's a shame really because with old ball he could have been a genuine threat. he has improved a lot in terms of line these days though.
