Can't see him getting much better (he'll probably get a little better)

He's been rubbish for a while now, even in the World Cup he relied on a lot of luck to make any runs.

Won't be the worst idea for Clarke to move back to 5. No logical reason behind of course

Pitch like this we just have to hang in, keep the run rate in check and chip away. It swung a bit early but it's a 450 minimum first innings. Wonder if it breaks up, that will be key.

Have to hope/presume it won't and is like 90% of Lord's tracks in the last 10 or so years. If it does break up we are in deep trouble, if it doesn't we should be able to go to Edgbaston 1-0 up.
