Should just cut RAW back to 2 hours and cut out a lot of the ****. Job done.
I mean obviously three hours is worth a lot of money to them...if the ratings are good...

An average two hour Raw is as enjoyable as a decent three hour one. Even a very good three hour one tends to have more forgettable segments than you can count on one hand

Aren't WWE network subscriptions going up though? Surely with a million people paying $10 a month, wrassling is in better condition than ever?

In the long run, where do you get your new subscriptions from if there's no TV exposure?

New subscriptions could also be representative of those declining numbers. Why watch live when you can watch in your own time? Live viewers have been approximately 4 million or so people. The fear should be in live audiences and WWE Network subscriptions falling. TV is dying a slow death and numbers will continue to fall.

I haven't watched more than 10 hours of actual TV over the last year.

Raw isn't on the network until like 3-4 months after its aired on TV

It's been 30 days for the last year and a half.
I thought it was longer, fair enough - point stands though. I agree that people prefer to watch TV in their own time but:

A - not sure this applies to stuff that airs live?
B - thirty days is surely too long. Especially something like wrestling where there is a monthly PPV

I stream/pirate the shows, or watch the one that will undoubtedly be on youtube a day or so after it airs before being taken down. And anything I miss I watch 30 days later.

I wouldn't believe the subscriber numbers. They're bound to be bloated by the free months they have... every month.

The only way I've managed to keep up with WWE the last few years is to pretend Raw and PPVs are the only thing that exist and binge NXT when I've got a few hours.

Well yeah but streaming or youtubing them is inconsequential to the network numbers it's been around for years.

I don't think falling TV and rising network subscriptions correlate. Especially given Srizza's highly valid point

First quarter of 2015 they averaged 927,000 paid subscriptions. Reach 1.3 million in terms of total subs.

They pulled in 176.2 million in the first quarter, the most they have ever.

Daniel Bryan on his future:

I've had my time and it's over so it seems but there's an abundance of talent on the main roster for them to pay attention too. Just let it go," said Bryan.
