Hird has literally done nothing good in his time at Essendope following the increase in membership in 2011. Like there is no positive thing you can attribute to him at all. That is just incredible. Can't think of many coaches like that. Neeld maybe.

Membership numbers are basically a massive con job so that doesnt really count anyway.

Jeez, the Hawks are just scary good. What they have done to Freo and Sydney in consecutive weeks is amazing.

Swans only had 1 less inside 50, more disposals, clearances, tackles and contested possessions and got belted. The Hawks are just so much more efficient in attack than the rest.

I love to see the Hawks all in defense then counter attack it;s fantastic to see them dashing forward looking like a tidal wave in a monstrous tsunami.

Well that's just not right, Judd won a Brownlow at Carlton and was favourite for the Brownlow the next year.
