Not really, the lowest range in terms of available players is the 119+ test range which we're doing last & there's 25 players to pick from in that group.

In this first round 25-29, there's over 100 to choose from.

Also, if it was just open to pick from any range from the get-go with no other restrictions, all the best players would be snapped up in the first 2-3 rounds... not fun.
