Do you think a slight alteration in the angle of his run up a la McGrath would help fix that issue?Starc almost "pushes" the ball out in his release. His right shoulder opens up differently for right handers compared to lefties, doesn't allow him to get that shape from leg stump (to the left hander) like he does from off stump (to the right hander).
Boult is much better suited than any Australian bowler to snicking off Ballance. I don't like Haze going around the wicket to him though.
im sure if you youtube the 95ao/9 for 21 day there's some like thatump's call 100% can happen for the pitch map
He's roughed up Ballance quite well but he doesn't look massively threatening. Its hard on this pitch though. How has Johnson looked so far? Missing his sting it looks like to me.
Nah, think it's more to do with his load up. there are so many moving levers with Starc; as Ponting said during the Big Bash, he's a 6'6 guy with a massive long leap in his action - he does well to get it right as often as he does.Do you think a slight alteration in the angle of his run up a la McGrath would help fix that issue?
This is a lol post.I hate saying this and I would rather drink acid than repeating myself but Root is seriously good. Smith/Root/Abdv the top 3 test batsmen in the world as of now.
actually this is a bad example because there were no lefties/spinners, plus it might have happened before the ump's call margin was increasedim sure if you youtube the 95ao/9 for 21 day there's some like that
Amla and kw?I hate saying this and I would rather drink acid than repeating myself but Root is seriously good. Smith/Root/Abdv the top 3 test batsmen in the world as of now.
No they're not.This is a lol post.
...not only because Williamson and Younis are much better than Root atm.
