Finn was never particularly quick in test matches but he really cranked it up in ODI's from 2011-2013. Much quicker than he has been for the last couple of years.

I wouldn't read too much into his debut to be honest. Very early into his career and was given a tough job in the field.

Ronchi missed that by a mile.

Not going to judge his bowling but 6 looks far too high for him. Ahead of Ronchi? Great googly from Adil there. He has been very good.

He is filling in for Anderson and Neesham. Ronchi is #7. They did same thing in WC warm up games with Vettori at 6 above Ronchi with Nmac at 8.

NZ are using this game as a trial match for Santner with no Southee and Anderson. Not to mention Milne and Neesham injured.

Well he looks well short with bat at 6 and his record doesn't suggest much else. Wow Rashid is ripping it!

Rashid can put some real pressure on Ali in tests with this series. He is good enough to bat 8 easily and would be great for cleaning up tailenders. He needs more control as still some rank stuff mixed in with class but promising signs. Still only 27 as well.
