I think Narine will be back soon, his knuckle ball and straighter one are pretty much the same, its the off break that is giving him some trouble, he'll just have to find a way to deal with it. I would love to see him wearing some kind of brace to avoid any elbow bending and troll everyone who is questioning him, he will be able to bowl with a lot more freedom then.

So Shaun Marsh and Manan Vohra are not the solution to the Maxwell and Sehwag problem it seems.

edit: oh wait, sehwag is in? Thought they would stick with murali vijay.

Mumbai have made decent use of Pollard. He's actually got good results playing for them, even low down- he doesn't last very long anyway. They've just had the odd T20 struggler in the lineup that makes one wonder if Pollard is used properly- more often than not, it's been at least one opener. Even Rayudu is batting at a much higher strike rate here than his career figure.

This is the same tyke Ian Chappell wanted rushed into the national senior side right after their U-19 World Cup win. Unsurprisingly, ex-India cricketers shot down that idea. For a good reason.

Vohra should have started from the beginning, he was mega gun last year, signing Vijay was absurd.

Russell is such a beast, its absurd how often teams hide him down the order, give him 20 to 30 balls and it will be carnage.
