Kane with the mask when he first came in was just brilliant. Quickly became one of my favorites. Should get the red suit on too. WWE could really use the likes of him again. Tbh, I just hate it when NWO and The Rock come back. They are such hacks now. Well, NWO were always a bit hackish. Love HBK and his returns though. One of my all time favorites.

Yeah, largely agree with GIMH's post. There's defo a danger that the non-big PPVs could go down the pan. Very much hope this isn't the case.

And yeah, I love the Cena open challenge thing as well. Really hope they use it to debut some guys from NXT or for some other cool cameos/returns.

Just watching Punk vs Lesnar on the Network. Just so incredibly hard-hitting and stiff. Some of the bumps were brutal. What a match.

Haha, RE: the Kane discussion we were having a few posts back, the rumour mill is now saying apparently he could end up feuding with Reigns, rather than Rollins. Oh boy.

Thanks solomonster :p
Haha tbf I made the post before I heard him say the exact same thing in his podcast.

And **** off Jono. It's not as if that's such a contrary an opinion that only very few have it. Most people do love masked Kane and feel the same.

It boggles the mind how Big Show and Kane can be jokes. Obviously there is "fatigue" of seeing them whereby their ridiculous size and strength becomes stale and the crowd stop reacting, but I still get the feeling they could have been so much more.

Will never forget ****ting myself as a kid when Kane debuted. Genuinely scary stuff.

Look at that crowd going bonkers for him. So ****ing awesome. Love the little mannerisms Kane makes when he has the mask too. Constantly flexing his gloved hand as he walks down the ramp as though he's itching to get his hands on someone's neck, and then adjusting his glove into place on the apron as if to say "**** yeah let's raise hell"

At least with Rollins there could be some actually beef there, what with Kane giving him the MINB contract and all. Reigns would just be the same boring authority rubbish

They are short on top heels and that's the big problem.

Reigns-Rollins is presumably being held off until Mania next year?

They can't have Reigns feud with Sheamus as they are pushing both

Orton has turned face and besides, they did it not that long ago

Brock is 'suspended', has pretty much turned face, it's just happened anyway and again they'd probably want to keep both strong

So the big lumps it is. Would prefer he feuded with HHH tbf

So what if they're pushing both? I've never bought the idea that for a babyface to be pushed he needs to decimate a heel.

Reigns doesn't need to destroy Sheamus in every match. Make Sheamus look destructive and give him a victory where he wins by distracting Reigns or something. Build it so Reigns gets his revenge in their second PPV match. Both of them come out of the feud better. Have proper feud and programs ffs. Sheamus is a damn good in ring wrestler, and his work as heel since coming back has been really fun to watch. He's the ideal guy to put in there with Roman imo.

Also, it's probably Bray vs Reigns after the Big Show feud, which I don't like.

You can lose a feud and move up the card but not in the situation that either of Reigns or Sheamus are in. IMO. I agree that it would be good but I don't think it would be what they want. Unless their plan is to have Sheamus run through the babyface roster and then come across Reigns....

Admittedly I forgot about Bray when thinking about heels but that's because he sucks

If they gave it a 3 month programme (say 3 ppv matches) and in which both of them picked up wins and a good rubber match I think this could be done. Wouldn't trust the WWE creative to do it well though.
