And it's all well and good to say Stokes should be backed in the top six but it's a call that always seems to be made in somewhat of a vacuum. He shouldn't be batting ahead of Ballance, Bell, Root or Moeen and all of those guys should definitely be in the side, it's just not the best option for the team right now unless there's an injury (which there was in the first Test).

I don't rate Moeen's batting all that high. Buttler - Stokes - Moeen would also be a perfectly fine 6-8.

Moeen scored one of the most composed centuries I have ever seen in a bid to save the test against sri lanka and he nearly pulled it off too.

I think he's a fine batsmen, just a bit confused right now.

Stokes has been batting well. So I don't know how much of an improvement Moeen will be. He will, however, take more wickets imo.

It's a probably a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) not a virus. Viruses tend to do **** quietly, if you've got one you'll only know when a $1000 bill from Dubai appears on your credit card. Download malwarebytes and run a scan.

Was not aware that J Trott opened the batting for Warwickshire or Eng Lions .J Trott is a very fine player ,opening is a 'specialist subject


are the knives really out for trott already? and anyway, see: Simon Katich, Justin Langer. Probably heaps more. David Warner used to bat in the middle order growing up. Hussey moved down. I see no reason why Trott (and hell, KP) couldn't do a solid enough job if they arent sacked after one series

Have to really hand it to the English middle order. Ballance, Bell, and Root are the one good thing about this side atm.

Blackwood despite his shot Yesterday has shown more than enough to be persisted so it, so it probably would have to be Samuels to be sacrificed. I have a soft spot for him, but his 2012 beast form is long gone .

In a side with stronger batting depth I would have no hesitation in dropping Blackwood, bis shot was just that bad.
