Kraigg threw the ball over the keepers head. It went for 4. Billy, in his wisdom, somehow decided the ball was dead.
It really wasn't. One of the most bizarre decisions I've seen.

We really do have a good seam attack. Just need to replace Benn with Bishoo and perhaps get a 5th bowling option in there and we're set.
This is why I say we're not a million miles off from being a decent test team. We just need to learn how to compete consistently across a whole day rather than just one or two sessions.
We also have to stop picking dead weight like Devon Smith and Sulieman Benn. We need to try and move forward. I hope Phil can bring some common sense and work ethic to proceedings.

It's a really full delivery but two feet wide of off stump, absolutely no need for Cook to play at this but he poked at it and got a thick outside edge wide of Benn at gully who dives to his left to take a very difficult chance.
Time to bring him on then

Me too I'm afraid, confidence is shot. Feel sorry for Trott though, will probably be dropped when he couldn't have done much about either dismissal I reckon.I'm very worried Cook is completely finished.
