I was really surprised India v Bangladesh wasn't sold out yesterday. Saw a huge section of the ground that was like 20% full.

Maybe those tickets were bought by English fans and they just didn't turn up?
it was half full yesterday ..official attendance was at 51,000+ but why this game is not sold out or why stadium is not full

My ticket to the Wellington QF was only $70, and that wasn't the cheapest option.
That's pretty good. My SF tickets were twice that, but still worth it and good value compared to what I remember the Rugby World Cup tickets being in 2011.

If this ends up like what it looks like ending up and WI get destroyed by NZ this will be the worst 2nd round of matches in a WC ever. Lift your games you ****s.
Yeah, mixed feelings - a comfortable NZ win tomorrow would be better for my nerves, but a strong performance from WI would be better for the tournament.
Not gonna disagree here. As an American who's a neutral because I honestly don't actually have any legitimate supporting interest in any team, these quarterfinals so far have been pretty **** to watch.

I mean, cricket is my 2nd favorite sport by a long shot (after ice hockey) and I love watching it even in **** matches, but I recognize that they're **** matches.

My ticket to an NHL third round playoff game a couple years ago was $145. :P

Mate, a sincere request. Please don't say again that Proteas are firm favourites in your opinion to take the trophy from here. Makes me extremely uncomfortable when you say that.
Can India beat Aus? I would like anyone other than Aus to win it tbh..

Hope Pak make 250 and make a game of it.. but I feel like they need 275 at least.. especially with no Irfan.

**** seats at a regular season NBA game cost me $350 last year... it was LeBron at the MSG but still.
Which part of the arena was that in? My $145 NHL seats were in the mid level. I just got seats at a regular season Arizona Coyotes game for $17 each on resale but it's in a cheap section against a "non-premium" opponent (Buffalo Sabres). If I wanted to sit on the glass I would definitely expect to pay around $400 per seat though. Probably upwards of $1,000 if it was the playoffs.

The Pakistani batting has been so ****house it's unbelievable. Just one ton in the entire WC, that too against Ireland. 10 fifties in 7 games. Pathetic.

Mid-to-back level.. far back enough that it was almost better to watch the screen.
