Rubel Hossain to RG Sharma, (no ball) 1 run, dishes a waist-height full toss which is clubbed away instinctively towards deep midwicket, with the fielder in the deep coming forward to claim the catch. There is an initial stirring from the Bangladeshi fans when they see it is Rohit who was dismissed, but, lo and behold, Rubel has been called for a no-ball. This one due to being over the waist. Replays show, however, that the call would have been marginal. The umpire's call though, was a lot more decisive. Big, big break there for India.

No way did umpires cost 40 runs. You have to consider the opportunity cost of how else those 23 death over balls would have gone as well. It's not simply subtracting 46 runs.
