"If you're going to lose, don't do it in a game that knocks you out"

Thank you for that Pratters, I thought the best time to drop a game was in the Quarters, not in the Group stage when you've already qualified!

Also, comedy of errors in the field here. With Zimbabwe's death bowling and only picking 3 bowlers, they need to field well to keep in this.

It isn't. But if you are to have a loss, better to have it earlier than in the knock outs. Ideally you would want the team tested but not lose like Nz the other day.
If you are to have a loss, yeah. But why lose at all.

But why lose anyway. FFs man, we were just talking about our win-loss record in ICC tournaments and apart from that one loss to SA, we've had a spotless record. We've gone through tournaments unbeaten, and even the loss to SA didn't really give us any "kick up the backside". We played just as well before that game, and just as well after it tbh.

Yeah, Australia never had the trouble of losing in 2003 or 2007. Then in 2011 they lost a game in the group stages for the first time that century and got knocked out in the quarters. Coincidence? I think not!

Commentators really need to say 'ask captain' as two separate words and with a clear k. Sounds rude otherwise.

Australia 03, 07 Windies, Federer are just too good for such things.

Never realised how poor Dhoni's record was in ICC tournaments. Just his 3rd fifty today.

The 91* is worth 5 hundreds though
