I'm going. This is what the World Cup is all about, watching two evenly matched teams playing for national pride. Hopefully the rain stays away.
Yeah, I've decided that I'm going to head in for the first innings after all. Even with no Woakes or Moeen, Buttler and the entire Afghanistan team is too tempting a proposition to pass up.

Keen for an Afghani win after a Buttler ton.

This would be my side if Moeen/Woakes aren't fit.

1. Bell
2. Hales
3. Taylor
4. Root
5. Buttler
6. Morgan
7. Bopara
8. Jordan
9. Tredwell
10. Broad
11. Anderson

Want Jos to get another ton.
Bopara's international swansong? Would be time for him to make 30 odd off 80 balls. Hopefully he signs a Kolpak deal in county cricket afterwards, aye? Would probably be the best for all concerned.

But...he's English.
Indeed. But it would mean that England can't pick him when they seemingly keep going back to him despite not curing his obvious failings. Thus, a Kolpak deal for this England spud would be best for all concerned.

England having to play another game after being knocked out is hilarious. Just like Pakistan in 07 (although the Woolmer death made sure that wasn't hilarious).

Stone Roses playing in the SCG. Brumby et al. to approve.

Zazai at 3 is so much better a call than him at 7. Very cake.

Also, looking very dark out third man way (from Jimmeh's end). Wind slanting across to bring that over the ground. Could be some showers.
