Rahim could bat at #4 in ODIs I think. He's a proper cake. That's not to say I don't rate Marmadoola or Shakib but being able to have that pair at #5 and #6 looks comfortable.

I definitely think Rahim should bat ahead of Shakib. The latter is better at just being icing IMO.
