I was wondering if that could have been the shadow of the boot that made it look like movement & also if he did make contact right at the end, did he already have control it & complete the catch once he paused for that second or two?

Nah the actual thing moved, you could see it, and you couldn't pinpoint the moment of contact so It'd have to be 6 IMO
