Agreed, it definitely is in the back of people's minds. But if the Aussie game is rained off in Brisbane (huge chance) and we keep winning, it could be Ireland.

Poor wording but his point is a fair one IMO. Picked three of our test top 4 and our test number 7 and 8. There's no one in the country better equipped to deal with a high class spell of test bowling.

Sadly that probably says a lot of bad things about English cricket.
