No front arm.I know. But Ali was playing and missing and riding his luck much more.
There seem to be other issues, not just front on. Some thing seems not right.
That, and the fact that every strong Associate performance makes the ICC look daft.Wow, I don't respect either of these teams. The atrocities of Mugabe's regime are well known. And UAE is built by slave labor and I would never go there out of principle. Obviously the players have little to do with either, but it does make it hard to root for a side. So I guess I have to just root for the underdog by default?

To be fair that's a bit different because the UAE is currently built by slave labour, and not just historically so.Rather strange comment given your location.
Yea, there are really atrocious practices going on, especially in the construction sector. The conditions of workers are despicable and many of them are forced to stay there against their will (their passports are confiscated, etc). Not about politics, but I just find it hard to root for a country with that going on. Obviously, I am not blaming the players for this. But in many cases, regimes (more so in Zimbabwe) use sports to justify and propagandize (for lack of a better word) their own existance.Rather strange comment given your location.
I get your basic sentiments but this is sport, in almost all cases it should be above politics. As you say it is hardly fair to hold the players accountable for their governments past or current actions.
