Yea inconsistent. Problem with measuring speed is that a lot relies on where you place the guns and which points you measure. Probably why some grounds appear to have faster speeds than others.

Although tbf these are the same speed guns that showed Shami hitting 147 and Yadav 151.

Yeah, but also the same one that clocked a Wahab Riaz delivery at 154.5 yesterday.

I think there's still a decent margin of error & the original set-up of the cameras only needs to be out slightly to change things.

Man I wish players would stop pulling their head down and taking their eyes off the ball during the end of their hook shots, gives me horrible flashbacks. Backing the Irish here, loving their jerseys for the first time in a decade.

Does anyone know if they've been selling team jerseys at the games? I'm going to the Ireland - South Africa game and would love to buy an Irish one.

You guys moaning about the commentaters moaning about useless bowlers who don't bowl enough yorkers is just as bad imo!

Atleast the commies are right, you guys are just whingers. These bowlers need to hit the yorker and most of them don't know what one is.

I also disagree with all the complaints about the world cup graphics. They could be better but they are all good. They brought back the old school worm! One of the great old cricket graphs.
The camera's are also excellent, HD looks much better IMO. Can pretty much see the seat drip off them.

Gotta necro-reply to this. Yeah clearly the guys who play cricket for a living have never thought of this. Does anyone realise how ****ing hard it is to bowl yorkers consistently considering it's one wafer-thin length of pitch which changes if the batsmen take a single step forward or back? It's such a high risk strategy to competent batsmen these days.

Moving a few years forward in time, good to see Ireland on track so far.
