Should definitely back themselves, a much worse batting side in Scotland got 300+ against them in the warm ups at the SCG, bigger boundaries etc.

Need to lay a solid base for the O'Brien's to smash it towards the end.

Yeah, 260 and I would have given Ireland a 50/50 chance on this wicket. But, 300 - 70/30 in favour of the Windies.
